我的长安之星装甲越野战车

10月1日起，新版机动车登记规定正式实施，对汽车改装内容上有所放宽，且手续更为便捷。根据规定，在不影响安全和识别号牌的情况下，机动车所有人自行加装小型、微型载客汽车前后防撞装置；货运机动车加装防风罩、水箱、工具箱、备胎架；机动车增加车内装饰等不需要办理变更登记。汽车改装内容涉及“改变车身颜色、更换发动机、更换车身或者车架、因质量问题更换整车的”，在改装后10日内向车辆管理部门申请登记即可。且车管所须在受理当日为车主办理相关手续，包括在机动车登记证书上签注变更事项，收回行驶证，重新核发新行驶证

前防撞杠自重14公斤    用于在高速路上如果撞到阿猫阿狗时能保护水箱不被损坏。
